Our conference centre has a range of rooms of various sizes. Please see the details below for more information on layout and capacity.

 

We have a range of catering options available should you require refreshments at your meeting. We can provide Tea, Coffee, Water cooler, Scones, Pastries, Biscuits, Sandwiches or a 3 option finger food buffet.

Conference Room

Our conference suite is a 200 square metre exhibition space suitable for a wide variety of uses. Situated on the 2nd floor with large windows providing natural light. It comes with it’s own registration/reception area where refreshments are served. This can be provided as a blank canvas or set up in the arrangements below. Please see seating arrangements for capacity.

 

The Room has 2 large widescreen TV’s for displaying powerpoints etc to your audience. A Lectern, microphone and flipcharts can also be provided on request.

Large Multi Purpose Room

The large meeting room works perfectly for training, meetings, small exhibitions, and workshops. A data projector and Flipchart/pens can be provided on request.

Standard Meeting & Training Rooms

Standard sized rooms are perfect for training and meetings. All of the rooms have TV’s on the wall for display to your attendees. Flipchart and pens available on request.

Small Meeting Rooms

We have 2 small meetings rooms on the second floor. These can be used for small meetings or counselling sessions. They can be arranged as required, please see the layout options. Note, these rooms do not have TV’s but a data projector can be provided.
